The physicians, nurse practitioner, nurses, lab technicians and all office staff are knowledgeable, qualified, and efficient. This is what counts to me the most regarding individuals involved in my child's and my physical health.

I have been with Clinton Family Physicans for years. I could not ask for better care! My experience with all of the staff has been top notch. Regardless if I’m dealing with Shannon, April, Amanda, Kara, Brittnay, Darlene or really anyone there I find them caring, concerning and truly wanting to help. They all simply go out of their way to ensure you get the best service possible. Cheryl Goforth is amazing as well!

I am editing my review after they hired a new doctor, removed some very rude staff .... I had a appointment recently and was pleasantly surprised... I was greeted the moment i walked thru the door with a smiling face, it was time to update my personal info i couldnt believe how fast that was the staff did it all for me digitally. My appt was at 4 i was out at 428 with lab work completed.. I absolutely love the new doctor!!!!

I think these reviews should be more rated toward the overall being of the patient by how a doctor helps, and I would say 5 stars. Many of these reviews on here are one star because of the office workers. I feel like the office workers are not personable as well, but I have to say that I usually see Dr. Malagon and he is amazing. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I have so many issues, and he has helped me out A LOT- like, I would invite him to a cookout. He shows so much compassion for his patients and is so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Culbert as well. Very intelligent man who is always on it. I go to the doctor a lot, and it's so nice to have good doctors like them. Also, shout out to Culbert's nurse, Latoya. She is so sweet and accommodating when you feel sick. She makes patients feel like they are in a good place and that good will come from their visit. If you are looking for a doctor, rule out the bad ratings on here. Those are just ratings of customer service which is OK. I have never had a problem. The office workers aren't too friendly, but I probably wouldn't get chummy with those who are sick either.

Incredible group of experts. The nurses and receptionists all will remember you by name and treat you like a friend. They are all very understanding and make you feel as if you are being treated by people who truly care for you. Dr. Malagon treats my entire family and myself, and we have never had a less than stellar experience. He is an incredible listener and will always take even your smallest concerns seriously. He has an incredible talent at analyzing your entire lifestyle (diet, exercise,stress,etc) to help you to live your most healthy life and get to the root of whatever issues you may be having. The cherry on top is the practice’s beautiful location along the clinch river. The offices have a great view of the water, and you will often spot many ducks, geese, squirrels, and birds while waiting to see your physician.

Doctor Malagon is incredible! I've been seeing him for years and just can't say enough about what an amazing physician he is. He always listens and lets me take an active role in decision-making around my care. I always feel like I am well cared for. The office staff has been better lately, too. :)

Staff is very friendly, Dr. De Villa is by far the best to doctor I've had, he has helped me get my diabetes in control as long as other health problems I was having. Probably saved my life making an appointment to see him and this practice!!!!

I have only had good experiences in the 4 years that I have been a patient at Clinton Family Physicians. It's always been easy to get an appointment when needed and they are always quick to call with any lab results. I would be comfortable seeing any doctor here.

Fantastic office! I waited a brief period for a first time patient appointment. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. The front office seemed to be quite busy and they still held a high morale, professionalism and efficiency. Dr. McKane and her nurse, Sam, both exceeded my expectations. Dr. McKane heard all of my prolonged health concerns and not only received them but I felt genuinely supported. I felt emotional at points for the overall support & encouragement. I also waited a brief 5 minutes in the lab to get bloodwork, hats off to that staff as well. I simply can’t review this office any higher.
